Your instructor will guide you through this beginning-to-end adventure with Glass.

Choices
All classes are generally 1 hour, with either 1 - 3 instructors.
So unless your group is 5 or more please select 1 hr when booking.
Cancellation Pollicy
Your reservations reserve time with one of our instructors. We commonly need to turn people away because of our limited capacity and one-on-one setting. Please consider this when booking your experience.
If you need to cancel within 24 hrs of making your reservation, no problem, we'll refund your booking. However if your booking is made within 24 hours of your class, it is non-refundable.
If it has been 24 hours since you made your reservation, and is more than 24 hours from the time of your class, we can reschedule you at the earliest available at no charge. All compensation will be made in the form of gift certificates for you to use or share for another more convenient time.
All no shows or last minute, within 24 hours, cancelations are non-refundable.
You must arrive on time, or early in order to participate in your scheduled class. Any late arrival is considered a no show.
We highly suggest leaving extra time to get here. The Adirondack Mountains often have heavy traffic and construction during the summer. Since we offer a schedule of classes, beginning your class late impacts others as well.
Shipping Disclaimer
Projects are typically processed and ship within 10 business days. Shipping and delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate by the end of your class day or when you purchase your times. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. Tracking information will be provided when available. If your package appears to be lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier. Although we will work diligently to find a solution to any lost packages, you acknowledge that ADK Glassblowing entrusts delivery of all packages with the shipping party. For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges, delivery estimates, and available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination, order size, and selected service. By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping and delivery times are estimates and that delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside of our reasonable control may occur.
